Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
• Introduce the company's products and services to prospective customers.
• Handle inbound calls and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain a customer database with accurate and up-to-date contact details.
• Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Provide information about products or services and answer customer questions.
• Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain records of calls and sales and update CRM systems regularly.

Requirements:

• Freshers or interns with a passion for sales and business development.
• Strong communication skills in English (and any regional language if applicable).
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Team player with a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
