Radware is looking for an experienced Team Leader, which will have a significant impact on the companys cloud business expansion. We are building the next generation of the companys cloud-based management and protection solution. As a Team Leader, you are part of a team responsible for the design, development and deployment of a SaaS solution. You will be using modern technologies such as Java, Spring, React, Node, Kubernetes, Docker, Go, Kafka, Mongo, Elasticsearch, Postgres, Redis and other advanced tools which are running in scalable cloud infrastructure.
Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Computer Science or an equivalent
Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

Develop cutting-edge, scalable and high-performance products based on a microservices architecture.

Collaborate with Software Engineers and Product Managers to deliver a trendsetting product.

Craft clean, maintainable and resilient code.

Work side by side with your peers to overcome complex challenges.

Continuously improve and learn new technological skills.

Experience leading a team, mentor and guide them to be as productive as possible

Experience in the role of a scrum master and have an agile way of thinking

Requirements:

At least 6 years of Backend applications development experience using Java/Go/C# and Frontend applications development experience using React and Node.

Experience in OOP and design patterns. Bonus k8s experience.
