The role of Team Lead in Infor Federation Services (IFS) aligns closely with the business plan by spearheading the design, development, and optimization of IFS applications and systems. This strategic alignment focuses on enhancing operational efficiency through streamlined user management processes, supporting the company's digital transformation initiatives with advanced system integrations and upgrades, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and data security protocols. By reducing costs through efficient design of the systems, supporting core business functions with tailored solutions, and fostering collaboration across departments, this role plays a pivotal part in driving innovation, maintaining robust IT infrastructure, and continuously improving IFS capabilities to uphold the organization's competitive edge and overall business success.
Essentials Duties :
The Development Team Lead will lead a team of software engineers and quality analysts to develop, enhance, maintain and support the Infor Federation Services (IFS) product.
Responsibilities:
Leading a development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of the application
Assign tasks, set schedules and track progress of each team member to ensure timely project delivery
Mentor new developers
Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to development standards
Manage Scrum events and reinforce Agile practices
Regularly analyze existing processes and propose more effective or efficient solutions and strategies.
Synergize with other Infor teams, sharing knowledge, insight and resources
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor s degree (or greater) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Technology Stack: Visual Studio, C#, . Net, MS SQL, Aurora PostgreSQL
Database server development experience Microsoft SQL, Aurora PostgreSQL
Familiar with development concepts: OOP, CI/CD, API-First
Familiar with XML, JSON and other system integration tools
Experience using Git in a professional/workplace environment
Understanding of containerization
