Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT staffing solutions for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a deep understanding of the IT staffing industry, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
This role involves coordinating with recruiters, ensuring fulfillment of client requirements, and delivering top-quality talent on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of staffing needs.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage client expectations, set delivery timelines, and resolve any issues that arise.
Delivery & Fulfillment:
- Oversee and coordinate the delivery of IT staffing solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and deadlines.
- Manage the recruitment team, guiding them in sourcing, screening, and presenting top candidates to meet client needs.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of open positions, balancing quality with speed.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing direction, feedback, and motivation.
- Coordinate team efforts to meet client expectations, performance targets, and quality standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and implement training programs.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously monitor delivery processes and implement improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain best practices for candidate sourcing, screening, and delivery.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on KPIs such as time-to-fill, client satisfaction, and placement success rate.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on delivery performance and key metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to ensure alignment on client requirements.
- Work closely with recruiters and sourcing specialists to optimize delivery strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in IT staffing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of IT industry roles, technologies, and market trends.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
