Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management & Reporting:

• Maintain and oversee the company’s financial records, including ledgers, journals.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for project requirements.
• Generate reports for management regarding project-specific profitability and costs.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Collaborate with project teams to prepare budgets and financial projections.
• Track project expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.

3. Taxation & Compliance:

Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations.

• Maintain compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies during audits and inspections.

4. Accounts Payable & Receivable:

• Manage invoicing, payment cycles, and vendor reconciliations.
• Monitor and follow up on receivables to maintain positive cash flow.

5. Real Estate-Specific Financial Operations:

• Maintain RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) compliance documentation.
• Work with project teams to track pre-sales, bookings, and payment schedules.
• Analyze financial data for land acquisition, development costs, and sales revenue.

6. Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants and finance executives.
• Ensure proper training and adherence to accounting standards and processes.

Educational Background:
CA /MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Experience:

• 8-10 years in accounting Exp.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Tally, ERP systems) and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
