• Warehouse set-up & Operation.
• Transportation set-up & Operation.

Required Experience –

• In-depth knowledge and experience across full spectrum of logistics & supply chain including Contract logistics, Transportation & Warehousing (Operation & Management).
• Direct experience to manage 3PL ( Third party logistics) providers.
• Strong understanding of transportation and warehouse safety practices and regulatory compliance.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPI’s), benchmarking against industry standards and implementing initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Establishes the annual budget and ensures the achievement of financial and business objectives across the functional teams.
• Ensures teams have the competencies, capabilities and tools to consistently meet goals and achievement of those goals.

Additional Experience –

• Strong network and connections within the logistics and supply chain industry.
• Warehouse operation set-up.
• Transport operation set-up.
• Proficiency in logistics software (WMS TMS) & SAP.
