Role & responsibilities

• Installation, configuration OS and application on Server and Computer PC.

• Respond to and resolve technical inquiries from users through various channels (phone, email, ticketing system, etc.).

• Monitor and fix problem on internet and network system.

• Basic trouble shooting server.

• Installing, supporting and maintaining new hardware and software.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.

• Maintain and troubleshoot backup and recovery systems.

• Monitor and maintain system performance.

• Maintain and update accurate records of computer hardware and software inventory.

• Track and manage the lifecycle of IT assets.

• Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance with PDPA/GDPR regulations.

• Monitor and report potential cybersecurity breaches or vulnerabilities.

• Assist in incident response and remediation efforts.

• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
