Job Overview:.
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staff augmentation, new client hunting, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- You will play a critical role in driving our sales strategy, expanding our client base, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:.
Client Hunting:.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive hunting strategies to expand our client base.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
Relationship Management:.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Sales Strategy Development:.
- Collaborate with the management team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Proposal Development:.
- Prepare and present proposals tailored to clients' specific needs and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable agreements.
Market Analysis:.
