Adobe RTCDP Engineer - Data Management (7-9 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

CDP Platform Leadership :

- Provide architectural leadership and support for the platform as required by business requirements.

- Collaborate on the management and optimization of data pipelines to and from #AdobeCDP.

- Source systems will be e.Brand websites, D2C, CRM apps, offline campaign datasets etc.

- Provide guidance on segment-building and assist in performing dynamic customer-level analysis.

- Form Consumers Golden Records in Adobe CDP solutionand enrich the same on an ongoing basis with website user behaviour data etc.

- Apply customer record de-dup and stitching rules etc to have high quality Consumer Golden Records.

- Diagnose and resolve functional issues efficiently.

- Manage and maintain overall architecture documentation.

- Coordinate with privacy and compliance teams on proper handling of consumer PII.

Technical Leadership :

- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, internal partners, and other stakeholders.

- Interface with specific SMEs and business teams across CRM, MarTech, and AdTech to gather business requirements and define technical architecture for enhanced customer experiences and innovative marketing data solutions.

- Manage the day-to-day work of onshore and offshore developers, acting as their technical lead and offering solutions as needed.

- Deliver innovative ideas to solve customer needs.

- Engage in technical resource planning and level-of-effort estimation to support project scoping, pricing, and planning.

Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience related to technical data management & marketing solution experience.

- Bachelor\'s degree in business, information systems, or a similar relevant field.

- Experience leading development or implementations for enterprise applications.

- Demonstrated familiarity with the Adobe Suite and Web SDKs (e.g, AEM, Adobe Magento, Adobe Analytics etc).

- Ability to translate requests from non-technical stakeholders into operational steps and successful outcomes.

- High degree of initiative, dependability, and ability to deal with ambiguous requirements.
