Marketing Manager - Franchise Operations (Education Sector)

Job Summary:-

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts in our franchise-based education company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, supporting franchise partners, and executing marketing campaigns to strengthen the companys position in the education sector. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:-

Strategic Marketing & Brand Management

• Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
• Ensure brand consistency across all franchise operations and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the education sector.

Franchise Partner Support

• Collaborate with franchisees to develop localized marketing strategies tailored to their target audiences.
• Provide marketing tools, templates, and resources to franchise partners to maintain alignment with the company’s objectives.
• Offer training and guidance on marketing best practices to franchise teams.

Campaign Development & Execution

• Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including digital (social media, email, and content) and offline (events, print, and local promotions) channels.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns efficiently.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

Content & Communication Management

• Create compelling content and messaging for marketing materials, advertisements, and digital platforms.
• Manage the company's website, social media accounts, and email marketing efforts to engage and grow the audience.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports and present insights to senior management for decision-making.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or franchise industry.
