HR Recruiter

Position: Recruiter
Location: Rohini (Close to Rohini West Metro Station)
Employment Type: Full Time

Mon- Sat; 9:30 a.m. 6:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment events.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Screening:

• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates'qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:

• Manage the recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and job specifications in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.

Preferred Skills:

• Proven experience as a recruiter in a similar role.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
