HR Recruiter

Education: MSW / MBA - preferably in Human Resource

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Job Profile/Content:

1. End to End recruitment of positions in varied functions

2. Sourcing from Job portals (Naukri), Linked in etc.

3. Knowledgeable in recruitment process

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure timely closure of assigned positions
2. Hire candidates for various functions including Production, Sales, Quality, Maintenance, etc. across Sanmar Plant / Branch Locations
3. Exposure in handling Non-IT recruitment handling, especially in Engineering and Chemical industry.
4. Sourcing from Naukri, shortlisting of profiles / candidates matching with Job specification
5. Ensure effective sourcing from Linked in, usage of in-mails, job postings etc.
6. End to end hiring from sourcing , co-ordination for Interview, prepare fitments, negotiate compensation
7. Conduct walk-in drives, travel to plant locations for selection through walk-ins
8. Prepare MIS on positions handled
