Job Title: Franchise Supervisor
Location: Remote (PAN India)- Bangalore/Chennai/Delhi/Chandigarh/Mumbai/Gujarat/Kolkata
Travel Requirement: Up to 15 days per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Franchise Supervisor to oversee and enhance the academic operations, infrastructure, and overall quality standards of our franchise schools across India. This role involves remote coordination and periodic travel (15 days per month) to various franchise locations for supervision, training, and support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring curriculum implementation, faculty development, compliance, and student satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Supervision & Quality Assurance

• Oversee the academic curriculum, classroom setup, and infrastructure of franchise schools.
• Ensure franchise schools meet the franchisor's quality standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide guidance to principals, teachers, and staff on curriculum implementation and student assessments.

Training & Development

• Organize and facilitate training programs for principals, centre heads, teachers, and franchise owners, including:
• Annual Hub Training (in-person)
• Monthly Virtual Training
• On-Site Training During Visits
• Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance skills and knowledge of staff members.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure franchise schools comply with regulatory requirements and franchisor guidelines.
• Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate operational challenges.

Franchise Support & Relationship Management

• Maintain regular communication with franchisees and school leadership.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for day-to-day queries from franchise centers.
• Address concerns to ensure high service standards.

Continuous Improvement & Event Planning

• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance school performance.
• Create posters, PowerPoint presentations, and documents to support event planning and curriculum implementation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in academic supervision, training, or franchise operations in the education sector.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum implementation, school operations, and teacher training.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel PAN India (15 days per month) as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools for training & reporting.
