Legal Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Legal Expertise: Offer guidance on corporate law matters, including intellectual property such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
• Legal Representation: Act as legal representation for the brand in disputes, coordinating with external legal counsel as necessary.
• Contractual Negotiations: Review, draft, and negotiate various legal agreements and contracts.
• Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with all relevant legal laws and regulations, staying updated on legal developments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including Marketing, R&D, and Franchising.
• Recovery of Outstanding Dues: Implement strategies for the recovery of dues.
• Representation in Company Courts: Present legal arguments on behalf of the company.
• Ensuring Drafting of Agreements: Oversee the drafting of legal agreements.
• Issuing Demand Notices: Generate and oversee legal demand notices.
• Handling Government Matters: Liaise and manage all government-related legal matters
