Role & responsibilities
- Collaborated with external legal counsel on complex legal issues and litigation matters.
- Skilled at drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and effectively communicating legal strategies to Advocates
- Give accurate and timely counselling to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.
- Expertise entails end-to-end ownership of Vetting, Advising for the Cases and getting the case filed by the Advocates.
- Provided legal guidance and support to the company's management on various Matter.
- Advised Customer Service team and other departments in handling Legal opinion and provided support in employee relations issues.
