Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Serve as the liaison between the support teams engineer L1 to handle escalation and Prioritize issues based on severity, impact on business operations.
- Desktop Support and Troubleshooting: Should Provide high-level support for desktop hardware and software issues, including diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems.
- System Deployment: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and related software
- Good Knowledge of macOS installation, management, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and optimize Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) to ensure fast, reliable delivery of content to end-users and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and execute routine IT-related task.
Additional Skills
Hardware and networking
ITIL Framework
Operating Systems: Expertise in Windows, macOS, and potentially Linux.
Backup: File server backups / NAS Storage and FTP
Knowledge of Monitoring and Diagnostic Tools and Remote Troubleshooting Tools
