Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Building Construction (Civil) with a proven track record in high-rise projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely completion, maintaining quality standards, cost efficiency, and adherence to safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure seamless execution.
• High-Rise Construction Management: Supervise all construction activities related to high-rise buildings, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry best practices.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain workflow efficiency and productivity.
• Quality Control & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and statutory building regulations.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor and manage project expenditures, ensuring cost optimization without compromising quality.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with architects, consultants, vendors, and clients to align project objectives and expectations.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project milestones, address potential roadblocks, and prepare comprehensive progress reports for senior management.
• Regulatory & Legal Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with statutory approvals, environmental norms, and local building codes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech). A Master’s degree in Construction Management is an advantage.
• Experience: 18-20 years in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role handling high-rise buildings.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of structural engineering, MEP coordination, project scheduling (MS Project/Primavera), contract management, and value engineering.
• Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, ERP systems, and other construction management tools.
• Site-Based Role: Willingness to work on-site and travel as required to oversee project execution.

Preferred Experience:

• Successfully delivered high-rise residential/commercial projects (30 + floors) within timeline and budget.
• Experience in EPC/Turnkey projects and large-scale construction developments.
• Strong track record of handling vendor negotiations, contracts, and project approvals.Role & responsibilities
