Green House Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Knowledge of Green House, Poly House, Net House, Mist Shade.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for greenhouse solutions.
• Identify and acquire new clients, including farmers, agribusinesses, and institutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with technical teams for product customization and client requirements.
• Support digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Achieve sales targets and generate business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-7 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in greenhouse/horticulture sectors.
• Strong understanding of greenhouse structures, hydroponics, and related solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
