House Manager - Administration

We are looking for a highly professional and well-mannered Personal Butler / Household Manager to assist with personal and domestic errands, both at home and while traveling. This role requires a service-oriented mindset, excellent organizational skills, and experience in hospitality or household management.

Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day household operations (liaising with staff, managing vendors, ensuring cleanliness and organization).
• Run personal errands such as shopping, deliveries, and coordinating services.
• Assist with wardrobe management, packing/unpacking, and maintaining personal items.
• Supervise and coordinate with household staff (cooks, drivers, housekeepers).
• Prepare for guest visits, ensure hospitality standards, and handle special requests.
• Accompany and assist during domestic and international travel (handling luggage, bookings, personal needs).
• Maintain a discreet, professional, and service-oriented demeanor at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in a butler, household manager, or high-end hospitality role.
• Strong understanding of household management, etiquette, and service standards.
• Well-groomed, polite, and highly professional.
• Flexible and available to travel as needed.
• Experience managing luxury living requirements (preferred).
