Sales Manager (B.Tech/M.Tech/Diploma in Dairy&Food technology)

Preferred candidate profile :

• Required a male candidate with Diploma/B.Sc./ M.Sc./ B.Tech/ M.Tech in food or Dairy science/processing/technology with more than 12 years of experience in Dairy or Food Industry is required.
• Proven experience in dairy processing and production, or food production particularly in ketchup, sauces and mayonnaise.
• Must be a team player, exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities required for effective collaboration and team management.
• Preference will be given to candidates with up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in Dairy and Food Technology.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate sales data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset looking for a long term association, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Role & responsibilities:

• Arranging and conducting Trials, pricing negotiation, follow up on customer feedback, generating business.
• Assist in sourcing candidates for the team and conduct orientation sessions to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Supervise and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize their potential.
• Manage sales data and prepare daily reports ensuring accurate tracking of sales performance and trends. Schedule daily tasks for the team, analyzing their approach and performance through regular review meetings. Present monthly sales Management Information System (MIS) reports, offering insights into sales metrics and strategies. Provide constructive feedback on team performance to management, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.
• Identify emerging market trends and stay updated on new products and competition status, informing strategic decision-making. Play a pivotal role in expanding market presence and achieving revenue targets by implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives. Continuously evaluate and refine sales strategies based on market dynamics and feedback, driving sustainable growth and success for the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
