Sales Coordinator with Purchase Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with expertise in purchase operations to join our team. This role bridges sales and procurement functions to ensure smooth business operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Generation: Identify, generate and coordinate with customers, arrange customer meeting with sales team, and collect feedback on service and orders.
• Sales Coordination: Coordination with sales team regarding their day to day operations. Tracking their status of meetings, visits, trials.
• Documentation: Responsible to generate various MIS reports (Daily basis, Weekly & Monthly) sales reports, stock reports and also responsible to maintain records such as Purchase Orders, Inventory files, and sales reports. Maintaining regular reports on sales performance, purchase activities, and inventory status.
• Manage material dispatching through effective coordination between sales, purchasing, and logistics. Tracking in transit material status and ensure timely material delivery.
• Labor Management
• Procurement: Procure materials based on the requirements of the team.

Requirements:

• Any bachelor's degree or related field.
• Proven experience in sales coordination, dispatching and procurement roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
