Education Qualification:

Degree: Bachelors in technology or Science / Masters in technology or science
Specialization: Dairy Technology/ Food technology/ Food process engineering/ Food science/ Dairy Science/ Production/ Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)/ Food and dairy related 3 year or 4 year courses

Field of Experience Requirement:
Working in production operations of dairy products or any food related products at managerial level for at least 4 years

Year of Experience Requirement:

• 7 to 8 Years- DM
• 8 to 10 years- Sr DM

• Plant operations
• Production planning, men and material utilization,
• Equipment Operations,
• Food Composition, Food Processing & Preservation,
• Food safety, Food engineering, FSSAI standards
• Food and dairy science & technology
• FSMS, QMS, Health & Work safety

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall Plant activities interior and exterior
• Responsible for production planning, process control at the unit
• Implementation of GMP and GHP practices at work place
• Implementation of quality and food safety policies at the unit
• Responsible for on time delivery as per customer requirements
• Monitoring and implementation of HAP quality policies during operations
• Maintain traceability from Raw material to final dispatch
• Maintain the plant hygiene, housekeeping and pest control as per the standards inside the plant premises
• To have control over non-conforming products and its disposal
• Ensure compliance to regulatory, legal requirements
• Focus on Infrastructure development and implementation of Cost-effective measures
• Implementation of change management system and reporting its benefits
• Ensure System Implementation in overall plant
• Focus and implement measures to achieve KPI targets month wise
• Ensure SOP/ SSOP follow up during production operations
• Establish and follow Maintenance schedule for all equipment's for reducing downtime
• Establish corrective & preventive action for process deviations
• Ensure accountability of book stock vs SAP stock at all times
• Ensure optimal utility consumption for plant operations
• Monthly reporting of KPI & KRA and maintaining documentation
• Coordination with all supporting departments for smooth plant operations
• Effective Communication to resolve conflict for smooth operations
• Effective communication to top level and bottom level regarding control measures for deviation
