Social Media Specialist

Role & responsibilities

1. Develop and implement a content strategy across multiple social media platforms.

2. Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) that aligns with the brand's voice and tone.

3. Manage and schedule content using social media management tools.

4. Develop graphics and visual layouts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, digital advertisements, social media graphics, and website designs.

5. Set up and optimize social media profiles on various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

6. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media.

7. Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.

8. Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific goals.

9. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns.

Preferred candidate profile

Leverage Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.) to create and edit designs.

Must be computer literate with knowledge in MS Office & Social media platforms and should be able to communicate in English & Hindi.

Minimum of 3 year and above work experience required.
