Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable applicants.
  
• Manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions.
• Hiring for India & Overseas
• Salary Negotiation
• Joining Formality , HR Induction
• Maintain the Employee Life Cycle
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in HR or Recruitment industry (preferably from Jewellery background).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in Any Specialization; BA/MA English Literature also considered.
  
• Strong understanding of Employee Engagement, Head Hunting, Job Analysis, Manpower Sourcing, Non IT Recruitment, Recruitment Management, Selection processes.
