Billing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate billing statements, invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, tax invoices, credit notes, debit notes using Tally ERP.
  
• Ensure timely submission of GST returns (BAS) and reconciliation.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and provide regular reports to management.
  
• Coordinate with sales team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
  
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in accounting/auditing industry with expertise in billing processes.
  
• Proficiency in Tally ERP software is essential; knowledge of Sales Entry, Invoicing, Delivery Challan, E Way Bill, Tax Invoice, Challan Entries is required.
  
• Strong understanding of GST regulations and compliance requirements.
