Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our RMS (Risk Management System) Call Centre team. The ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role at a broker call centre, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client calls regarding RMS alerts, trade discrepancies, and other queries.
• Provide timely resolutions to client issues and escalate complex problems to relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and improve process efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in an RMS or similar role at a broker call centre.
• Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle client queries with patience and professionalism.
• Familiarity with RMS processes and trading systems is an advantage.
