Job Description

This Position is for Share India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Client Support
    • Respond to client inquiries about insurance products, coverage options, policy terms, and claims processes.
    • Provide guidance to clients on policy selection and renewal processes.

2. Policy Management

    • Assist clients with policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
    • Ensure timely follow-ups on policy renewals and premium payments.

3. Claims Assistance

    • Support clients in filing insurance claims, gathering necessary documentation, and explaining the claims process.
    • Liaise with insurers and claims adjusters to ensure timely resolution of claims.

4.Relationship Building

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service and addressing their specific needs.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, enhancing loyalty and retention.

5.Problem Resolution

    • Handle complaints and disputes professionally and efficiently, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams as needed.
    • Proactively identify potential issues and work to resolve them before they impact the client.

6.Administrative Support

    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and communications in the companys CRM system.
    • Generate reports on client activity, service performance, and feedback.

7. Compliance & Knowledge

    • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and company compliance requirements.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and policy changes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree or insurance certification (e.g., IRDAI,CII) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and insurance software tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Client satisfaction scores (CSAT).
  • First response time and resolution time for client issues.
  • Policy renewal and retention rates.
  • Accuracy and completeness of client records.
