-Role & responsibilities

• Creating tooling operation process layouts, try-out and evaluating the same to identify and carry out relevant modifications efficiently.
• Maintaining the tooling activities Dies/ Fixture.
• Efficiently evaluated & suggested modifications in tooling process as per requirements.
• Reduce the rejection PPM due to tooling / Fixture.
• Maintain the critical consumable spares part min max records & store.
• Reduce the rejection & rework cost due to tools / Fixture.
• Press tool trouble shooting

• Preparing & maintaining all Die fixture documents as per IATF- 16949 standards.
• Improvement in yield (cost saving)
• Expert in PM/Predictive maintenance and corrective maintenance
• New tool procurement/ Supplier development
• TPM Implementation

-To achieve the zero loss due to tooling / fixture breakdown.

-To reduce the consumable & repair maintenance cost.
