- Sound knowledge in degree-of-freedom 3-2-1-principle -of- fixture-design.
- Working experience in 5th-axis-fixture-design
- Thorough knowledge in GDT, Working knowledge on Stack-up Tolerances.
- Jig/ Fixture Design for Machining and Assembly processes.
- Complete understanding of Engineering drawings with respect to Machining Processes.
- Complete Proficiency on use of 2D/ 3D CAD software s especially NX/ AutoCAD for Fixture/ Jig Design activities.
- Working knowledge on Machining Processes prove-out.
