Sr. Executive - HR

Role & responsibilities :

• Proven work experience in similar role.
• Design and update job descriptions.
• Screening incoming resumes and application forms.
• Known with handling of job portals.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring manager.
• Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle.
• Coordinate development of an on boarding plan.
• Create and send offer letters and new employee orientation packages.
• Follow through the entire hiring process from arranging interviews, obtaining Management. approval, preparing and sending offer letters, pre-boarding and on boarding activities.
• Maintain personal employees files.
• Responssible for Full & Final Settlement.
• Handling payroll activities and prepare the monthly salary sheets.
• Proven experience in statutory compliances (PF, ESIC,)
• MIS reports.
• Responssible for manpower planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience - : 3 - 6 Years

Qualification: MBA, MSW (HR Specialization)

Proficiency in HR software & systems.

Location - Tathawade (Pimpri Cinchwad)
