Project Engineer - Building Construction

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of green field building construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges that arise.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, as well as any specific requirements for OE Spinning facilities (e.g., vibration control, dust extraction).
• Maintain detailed project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 45+ years of experience in project engineering for building construction, with a strong preference for experience in projects related to textile manufacturing.
• Proven experience in managing greenfield construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction principles, methods, and materials.
• Familiarity with the specific requirements of OE Spinning facilities, such as vibration control, dust extraction, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
