Job Description

We are seeking a talented and entrepreneurial Full Stack Developer to join our team at Rarome. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining mobile apps for our K12 software solutions and contribute to building our university ERP system.

This position requires a strong focus on both mobile app and web platform development.

Core Technical Requirements

* 3+ years of commercial experience in React Native and Node.js development

* Strong proficiency in cross-platform mobile development

* Expert knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

* Experience with state management (Redux, Context API)

* Proficiency with TypeScript

* Experience with unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library)

* Strong understanding of iOS and Android platform-specific requirements

* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

* Proven track record of App Store and Play Store deployments

* Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations

* Version control proficiency (Git/GitHub)

Roles & Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient web and mobile applications

* Contribute to the design and implementation of our K12 software and University ERP

* Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile platforms

* Optimize application performance and ensure cross-platform compatibility

* Implement and maintain quality assurance practices, including unit testing

* Handle app deployments and updates to App Store and Play Store

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

* Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

* Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

* Engage directly with customers to understand their requirements and provide support

* Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery and maintenance

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

* Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership of projects

* Excellent communication skills in English

* Passion for education technology and improving learning outcomes

Work Environment

* Core working hours:

* LATAM Schedule: 1 PM to 10 PM (Monday - Friday)

* GCC Schedule: 10:30 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Saturday)

* Team size: You'll be working with a core team of 6-8 developers
