The company cares about little things such as work timings, weekends on Sat and Sun. projects are solely managed by developers rather than managers. Exposure can't be described. I'm in a customer-facing role and have been talking with US customers for the last 2 years.

i started my career at sharad technologies and travelled to UAE for 2 weeks for the project implementations. thing I miss the most from Sharad is the team bonding and the work flexibility which I miss a lot in present company. Being my 1st company, I've learned a lot from seniors and made friend for life. Got 2 promotions for my work during the 2 years i worked there.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
