About the Role:

We're seeking experienced telecallers with proven sales expertise to join our high-performing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to earn substantial incentives while working with premium educational products.This is a growth-oriented position with clear career progression.

Package & Benefits:

- Base Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

- Performance-based bi-annual salary hikes

Job Title: Website Sales Executive - Educational Sector (Work from Home)

Incentive Structure:

- 15% commission on each website sale

- ₹5000 additional bonus for first 10 sales per month

Earning Potential:

- Average monthly incentives: ₹11,000 - ₹25,000 (if targets met)

- Total earning potential: ₹36,000 - ₹60,000/month (Capped at 60,000/Mo.)
