About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic telecaller who can evolve into a complete sales executive for our educational ERP solution. This is a growth-oriented position with clear career progression.
Package & Benefits:
- Base Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
- Performance-based bi-annual salary hikes

Incentive Structure:
1. Demo Incentives:
- ₹250 per successfully scheduled and completed ERP demo
- ₹2,000 bonus on completing first 10 demos
- Additional ₹5,000 bonus on reaching 20 demos
2. Sales Commissions:
- 1% commission on ERP sales value
- 10% commission on website sales
Role Progression:
- First 45 days: Focus on lead generation and demo scheduling
- Post 45 days: Complete ownership of demo presentations and sales closure
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Previous experience in cold calling/telesales (preferred)
- Must be based in Mumbai
- Own laptop with stable internet connection
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Initial 45 days:
- Conduct outbound calls to schools
- Schedule demos with decision-makers
- Maintain detailed call records
- Learn ERP features and demo process
- Post 45 days:
- Complete sales cycle ownership
- Conduct ERP demonstrations
- Follow up for closure
- Maintain client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
