Personal Loan Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective lead generation, client relationship management, and product knowledge.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, upselling/cross-selling products, and improving customer satisfaction.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to set goals, provide feedback, and coach them on their development.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive NBFC landscape.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in banking sales or related field sales roles within an NBFC or BFSI industry.
  
• Strong understanding of personal loans, business loans, gold loans, mortgage loans, credit card sales, financial services sales.
  
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
