Ensure placement of primary vehicles as per call ups from all 3 plants same day with timely dispatches from plant and unloading at depot without detention. Track the vehicles and ensure 98% on time delivery as per TAT Lodge the all insurance claim withing 48 Hrs of incident, submit the all required documents within 5 days of lodging insurance claim. Track the short / excess / damage supply from plant, coordinate with depot and plant, and close the same within 48 Hrs. Process the all primary/BI/pullback freight bills by 20th of every month for previouse month Ensure the placement of vehicle for BI & Pullback items within 48 Hrs. do the agreement for regular locations. Ensure closure of MIT withing 10 days of dispatches from plant. 1) Vendor agreement renewal/addendum, adhock vehicle rate finalization.
2) New vendor development. 1) Primary Logistics cost as per budget.
2) Logistics cost reduction project.
3) Transit damage reduction. To achieve and sustain zero BBND beyond 24 Hrs old along with valid reason of hold BBND. (Exception to be given for month end and picking days) 100% Fretron implementation including:
1) Vehicle placement.
2) Dispatch and delivery update.
3) POD uploading.
4) Freight capturing with accuracy.
5) Vendor bills processing through Fretron. Ensure submission of all bills for the previous month by the 15th of every month. (E.g., for the transaction in April, all bills are to be submitted by 15th May 2024.) Track the dispatch and delivery of PAN India on daily basis. Prepare and share the Daily Dispatch MIS, Fretron Freight MIS, Fretron POD MIS, Provision, Vendor Agreement Renewal Tracker, and all other SCM MIS as and when needed by management. Lodge the all insurance claim withing 48 Hrs of incident, submit the all required documents within 5 days of lodging insurance claim.
