Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Strategy and Supervision
• Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies in collaboration with the agency.
• Ensure alignment between digital campaigns and the companys business objectives.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and innovations to implement the best practices.
2. Performance Marketing
• Supervise and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Analyze campaign metrics to ensure the achievement of KPIs like ROI, CPL, and conversion rates.
• Provide feedback and directives to the agency for continuous improvement.
3. SEO, SEM, and Paid Advertising
• Ensure the agency's efforts in SEO (on-page and off-page) and SEM are robust and results-oriented.
• Review PPC strategies and campaigns, suggesting keyword enhancements and ad creative adjustments.
4. Content and Social Media Oversight
• Evaluate content plans and social media strategies proposed by the agency.
• Approve content for campaigns, ensuring relevance to target audiences and alignment with brand identity.
5. Analytics and Reporting
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and present periodic performance reports to company leadership, with recommendations for improvement.
6. Coordination and Collaboration
• Act as the bridge between the internal team and the digital agency, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
• Work closely with the Presales & sales team to align lead generation and nurturing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Proven expertise in performance marketing, with hands-on experience in managing campaigns and ad budgets.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, CRM systems).
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable strategies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration with agencies and internal teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with or managing digital agencies.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and consumer behavior.
