Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Responsible for Driving Sales & Market share growth for our product lines including hair care, cooking edible oils, spices and coconut oil. This role requires a strong understanding of the FMCG sector and experienced and exposer of handling FMCG products and distributor management. The candidate should have a proven track records in terms of sales & distribution.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives in the assigned area.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
Preferred candidate profile
- Having minimum working experience( 5-10 years) in FMCG sales in the assigned territory.
