ShadowFax - Senior Manager - Growth Operations (5-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create a growth charter & lead complete planning with respect to enablers, drivers and potential blockers.

2. Liaison with clients in identifying growth opportunities, best practices and driving relationships.

3. Design, develop, and execute scalable solutions using product, analytics and operations know-how

4. Design and own KPIs for business. Lead and coordinate with ground operations on the execution of solutions.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, Sales, Operation) to implement solutions and integrate with existing operations

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in growth operations, strategy, or innovation.

2. Proven track record of driving growth through product-driven solutions

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
