Senior Consultant/Lead - Informatica (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Data Governance & Quality Strategy :

- Develop and implement robust data governance and data quality strategies in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Define, maintain, and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures.

- Lead data quality initiatives and ensure adherence to data governance frameworks across the organization.

Informatica CDGC, CDI, and CDQ Expertise :

- Leverage Informatica CDGC, CDI, and CDQ to establish and manage comprehensive data governance frameworks, data integration, and data quality solutions.

- Configure and administer CDGC components, including data lineage, impact analysis, and data classification.

- Integrate CDGC with other Informatica tools such as IDQ, EDC Axon, IDMC, and MDM to create a unified data governance solution.

Data Quality & Integration Management :

- Implement and monitor data quality assessment processes and tools.

- Address and resolve data quality issues, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across systems.

- Collaborate with data owners and stewards to improve data quality processes and enforce data integration best practices.

Data Lineage, Impact Analysis & Compliance :

- Track data lineage and analyze the impact of data changes using Informatica tools.

- Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and benefits of data modifications.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and enforce data security measures to safeguard sensitive information.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Lead, mentor, and support a team of data governance and quality professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.

- Establish strong relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams, advocating for data governance, data quality, and integration initiatives.

- Communicate effectively and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
