Job Title :

Tech Lead (Next.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide guidance on AWS-related tasks, offering support on cloud infrastructure, deployment strategies, and troubleshooting.

- Supervise and coordinate with team members, offering technical guidance and support on best practices and efficient solutions.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and PR reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.

- Plan and assign development tasks for team members, aligning them with management's requirements and business priorities.

- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and implement the best approaches for complex technical problems.

- Work closely with the project management team to track task progress, update stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.

- Ensure version control best practices are followed using GitHub for proper branching, merging, and release workflows.

- Lead the technical decision-making process and provide mentorship to junior and mid[1]level developers. Desired Candidate Profile:

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Proficiency in fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with Next.js and familiarity with server-side rendering.

- Proficiency with server-side languages like Node.js.

- Experience with Prisma ORM and PostgreSQL database management.

- Familiarity with AWS cloud services (basic knowledge).

- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Experience : 5+ years

Key Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in web development with strong expertise in Next.js and React.

- Experience with Prisma ORM and PostgreSQL for database management and optimization.

- Hands-on experience with GitHub for version control, including code reviews, pull request workflows, and branching strategies.

- Basic understanding of AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3) to provide guidance and support to the team when required.

- Proven ability to supervise and coordinate with development resources on technical issues, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.

- Strong ability to plan tasks and resource allocation in alignment with management's objectives and deadlines.

- Expertise in conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor team members and resolve complex technical challenges.
