Senior Executive - Business Development (IRDAI) - SGS India

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and relationship building with clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs, ensuring alignment with company offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, technical) to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Manage existing client relationships, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes (IRDA).

Preferred candidate profile:

• 15-20 years of experience in Business Development or related field (marine insurance surveying).
• Mandatory to have a valid IRDAI license in Marine Domain.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common goals.
• Candidate can work from his desired location.
