Job Description
- Investment content production based on inputs from different stakeholders.
- Summarising texts, extracting the essence from lengthy write-ups.
- Transforming content into different formats (copying content to landing pages; maintenance of existing marketing materials; generation and polishing of slides).
- Publishing and maintaining content on various channels.
- Quality assurance/ 4 eyes principle.
- Work collaboratively with the different stakeholders from Investment Content Offering Marketing as well as Investment Promotion Solutions Central Management in Switzerland (if possible, according to Swiss working hours).
- 1-3+ years of relevant experience in investment content creation
- Good knowledge of investment products and mandates.
- Experience in investment writing or financial editing.
- Ability to produce high quality written reports and slides.
- Able to manage and use different tools (Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel, SharePoint,), content management system, marketing automation tool etc.).
- A high affinity to working with digital communication tools.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (oral and written), ability to identify other languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian).
- Attention to detail/ high quality standards
- Good communication/coordination skills to deal with different tasks and stakeholders

As company is startup company they are proving there self in the industry butbthey are unaware about the work peer pressure in the employees and they set the unrealistic targets for the employee to complete theat employee struggle with work life balance sometimes one has to work on weekends too for reworks and other criteria the employee is in the struggle
