Tasks Summary & Responsibilities

Understand customer requirements & communicate to respective departments.

Attend to enquiries & send quotations.

Receive purchase orders & then release sales orders.

Satisfy drawing requirements for the plant.

Arrange for dispatch of parts to customer.

Attend to all customer complaints or queries if any

Preferred candidate profile

Educational

Certificate / Diploma in Tool & Die Making or Diploma in mechanical engineering.

Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills

Should have high business acumen. Good communication & presentation skills. Should be customer oriented.
