About the Role:
• Understand Telematics and vehicle sensor data and identify early warning and maintenance need
•Guide Customers/Drivers on proactive maintenance of the vehicle through phone call.
• Coordinate with dealers to ensure timely repairs and resolutions.
• Track and manage customer issues from start to finish.
• Analyze job cards and generate reports for cost avoidance and performance improvement.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
Eligibility Criteria: (Please apply only if you meet all the following criteria) • Minimum 3 years full time Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an automobile dealership in service roles such as Co-Tech,
DET, Diagnostic Technician, System Technician, Service Advisor, Floor Supervisor, or Technician.
• Diploma or Engineering degree in Automobile/Mechanical/Mechatronics.
• Good English communication skills.
• Fluency in any one additional language Hindi or Tamil or Malayalam or Kannada or Telugu
• Must be willing to work from Plant location in Oragadam, Chennai.
• Working days - 6 days a week
•Must be ready to work at least 5 days in a month in night shift.
