Job Description:
Position: Lead - Marketing & Campaigns
Location: Navi Mumbai, India
About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Lead - Marketing & Campaigns with a strong background in lead generation, multi-channel marketing strategies, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have over 5-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital campaign optimization, and data-driven insights to drive business growth. As part of our dynamic marketing team, you will play a key role in optimizing campaigns and achieving sales and lead-generation targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Own and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns for mortgage products on both app and web platforms.
- Design and execute targeted campaigns across channels to maximize lead generation and conversions.
- Collaborate with product, creative, and tech teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and effective user experiences.
Optimization & Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze campaign performance using tools and in-house data platforms to track key metrics and optimize campaigns in real-time.
- Perform A/B testing to identify winning strategies and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and overall campaign performance.
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights and make data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
Lead Generation & Conversion Management:
- Optimize sales funnels to enhance lead conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.
- Focus on strategic growth in lead volume, customer acquisition, and user engagement across digital channels.
- Work on landing page and user journey optimization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Lead a team of digital marketers, providing mentorship and guidance on best practices, tools, and strategies for effective campaign management.
- Work with product development teams to integrate marketing goals with business objectives, ensuring campaigns are aligned with overall company goals.
- Ensure all marketing efforts are data-driven, creative, and impactful in terms of sales performance and customer acquisition.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Drive efforts to consistently meet or exceed business and sales targets for personal loan products.
- Develop and refine user segmentation and targeting strategies for high-impact campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of driving business growth through digital campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, campaign management, and sales optimization.
- Prior experience managing call center operations and team leadership.
Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA)
