HR Manager
Location: Ghitorni, New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Oversee and manage a team of over 300 employees, ensuring effective communication and team cohesion.
- Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, shortlisting, organizing interviews, and follow-ups.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), programs, and policies related to HR management.
- HRMS Maintenance: Maintain and update HRMS (PocketHR) for attendance, leave records, and other HR functions.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to PF, ESIC, PT, and other labor laws, including online registrations and statutory compliance.
- Data Management: Keep accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and statutory compliance registers.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations and conflict resolution strategies.
- Travel and Facilities Management: Arrange travel logistics (tickets and accommodation) and support facility management regarding office supplies and maintenance.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize strong analytical skills to assess HR metrics and provide reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in HR management, preferably in the retail or handicraft industry.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong conflict-resolution abilities.
- Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Indian labor laws, HR best practices, and online handling of PF/ESIC/PT.
Preferences:
- Experience in the retail sector is mandatory.
- Previous experience in handling large-scale recruitment (Pan India) is essential.
