Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT & NON-IT roles, including sourcing candidates through various channels.
  
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fitment, and provide recommendations to clients on shortlisted candidates.
  
• Handle payroll processing, salary management, leave management, and other HR-related tasks as required.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
