Hiring for International Sales Manager - Solar

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth in international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with global distributors, clients, and partners.
Drive sales of solar products, including inverters and batteries, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements in line with company policies.
Key Requirements:
8-12 years of proven experience in international sales, preferably in solar, inverters, and battery products.
Strong understanding of solar energy products and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and lead international sales initiatives.
Flexibility to travel as required for business purposes.
